Terms of supply

These terms apply to every order placed with REJUVIX unless a signed supply agreement states otherwise.

1 · Orders and acceptance

An order placed through this site constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we issue a Proforma Order Invoice. We may decline any order that fails buyer eligibility screening.

2 · Pricing

Micro-retail pricing is published per pack size in US dollars and excludes duties and import taxes. Bulk wholesale volumes from 100 g are quoted individually and quotations remain valid for 30 days from issue.

3 · Settlement

No card gateway and no bank transfer channel is operated on this site. Orders settle in advance by cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC or XMR) against the proforma total. We do not offer credit accounts and do not accept Net-30 or other deferred purchase order terms. Dispatch is released once funds clear the ledger.

4 · Dispatch and title

Materials are dispatched in sealed amber vials under argon with the lot Certificate of Analysis. Title and risk pass to the buyer on collection by the carrier. Estimated lead times are indicative and not contractual.

5 · Inspection and claims

The buyer must inspect materials and documentation on receipt and notify any discrepancy within ten business days. Claims must reference the proforma number and lot number shown on the COA.

6 · Returns

Because analytical materials cannot be re-qualified once storage conditions leave our control, opened vials are not returnable. Unopened material may be returned within ten business days by prior written agreement.

7 · Warranty

We warrant that each lot conforms to the specification stated on its Certificate of Analysis when stored as directed and used before the stated retest date. No other warranty, express or implied, is given.

8 · Limitation of liability

Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the invoiced value of the material supplied. We accept no liability for consequential loss, including laboratory downtime or the cost of repeated analyses.

9 · Research-use restriction

The buyer accepts that materials are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing only and assumes full responsibility for their handling, storage and lawful use within a controlled laboratory environment.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law and the courts of Zurich have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or import provisions in the buyer's jurisdiction.
