Our terms of supply define who may buy from us, what the materials may be used for, and the documentation that accompanies every shipment.

Not for administration to humans or animals, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Buyers must be 18+ and affiliated with a verified research institution or corporate entity.
1 · Permitted use
All materials listed on this site are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing. Permitted applications include analytical method development and validation, instrument calibration and system suitability, impurity profiling, stability assay calibration and API synthesis process control.
2 · Prohibited use
Materials must not be used for human or veterinary purposes, consumption, or diagnostic procedures. Resale to consumers, repackaging for non-laboratory distribution and any application outside a controlled laboratory environment are prohibited under our terms of supply.
3 · Buyer eligibility
Accounts are restricted to buyers aged 18 or over who are affiliated with a verified research institution or corporate entity. We verify institutional email domains, VAT or tax registration and, for bulk volumes, the intended laboratory application before releasing an order.
4 · Bulk volume screening
Enquiries for volumes from 100 g are reviewed individually. We require the requesting entity, intended analytical application and delivery destination before pricing is issued, and reserve the right to decline any enquiry without stating a reason.
5 · Export and import responsibility
Buyers are responsible for confirming that the material may lawfully be imported into the destination territory and for holding any licence their jurisdiction requires. We supply a research-material customs declaration with every shipment.
6 · Documentation and traceability
Each shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis referencing the dispatched lot, a current safety data sheet and handling guidance. Lot records are retained so documentation can be re-issued for audit.
7 · Payment integrity
No card gateway and no bank transfer channel operates on this site. Settlement is by cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC or XMR), always in advance of dispatch; no credit or Net-30 terms are offered. Transfers must originate from a wallet controlled by the registered buying entity.
